ARCHITERRE designs contemporary architecture rooted in West Africa's materials and expertise — sustainable by nature, distinctive by design.
Founded in 2008 by Mariam SY, ARCHITERRE is one of the few firms in West Africa combining technical mastery of Compressed Earth Block construction, international standards experience, and a rigorous bioclimatic approach across all project types.

Six structured phases built around one conviction: every architectural decision must be justified by the climate, the available materials, and the actual use of the building.
Phase 1
In-depth analysis of client expectations, budget and site. Translating the need into a clear, realistic and strategic programme — the foundation on which everything rests.
Phase 2
Spatial and volumetric proposals with bioclimatic integration from the outset. Orientation and ventilation shape the project — not the other way around.
Phase 3
Technical development, material selection, cost optimisation. Assembly and submission of the planning application.
Phase 4
Detailed execution drawings, coordination with structural and MEP engineers. Full technical sign-off before works begin on site.
Phase 5
Quality, cost and schedule control. Coordination of all parties, proactive risk management with regular site presence.
Phase 6
Works completion, building handover and guidance on sustainable operation and long-term maintenance.
