Our method

A proven process,
an unwavering
standard.

Six structured phases built around one conviction: every architectural decision must be justified by the climate, the available materials, and the actual use of the building.

Phase 1

Brief & Programme Definition

In-depth analysis of client expectations, budget and site. Translating the need into a clear, realistic and strategic programme — the foundation on which everything rests.

Phase 2

Bioclimatic Architectural Sketch

Spatial and volumetric proposals with bioclimatic integration from the outset. Orientation and ventilation shape the project — not the other way around.

Phase 3

Preliminary Design & Planning Permit

Technical development, material selection, cost optimisation. Assembly and submission of the planning application.

Phase 4

Construction Documents

Detailed execution drawings, coordination with structural and MEP engineers. Full technical sign-off before works begin on site.

Phase 5

Construction Supervision

Quality, cost and schedule control. Coordination of all parties, proactive risk management with regular site presence.

Phase 6

Handover & Aftercare

Works completion, building handover and guidance on sustainable operation and long-term maintenance.
